Cancellations & Refunds

If a customer opts for a Xenxo S-Ring, the pre-order amount is refundable before it is getting shipped from our warehouse. In the event the customer requests for cancellation of the booking after shipped by us, the customer shall not be entitled to any refunds.

Customer shall have the right to request replacement for faulty products within 15 days of time from the date of receiving the shipment, warranty which covers electronic component, materials and manufacturing defects. Proof of purchase is required to validate your warranty. To request a refund, please send email to support@xenxo.pro, one of our customer executives we will be InTouch with you with 48 hrs.

Xenxo team will review your request and email you back. All eligible refunds shall be processed by us within a period of 7 working days. Please note that the Customers will be eligible for refunds only for the booking made through www.xenxo.pro. The Customers shall not be eligible for any refunds on payment by the Customer through any third-party websites.
